We develop high-resolution heat balance models that define the exact energy demand of a
building
under real climatic and operational conditions. This analysis forms the regulatory
backbone of the
building permit process and the strategic foundation of long-term asset performance.
All assessments are executed in strict alignment with federal and cantonal legislation
and SIA
standards, including SIA 180 and SIA 380/1. Compliance is integrated into the model
architecture,
not appended afterward.
Our simulations incorporate envelope physics, thermal bridges, orientation, climatic
datasets,
solar radiation profiles, ventilation dynamics, and system efficiencies. The outcome is
a fully
quantified thermal behavior profile.
